INTRO — “THE NOISE”

How many of you feel like life is loud right now?

Not just busy — loud.

• Notifications buzzing nonstop.
• Group chats you can’t mute.
• It’s like everyone and everything wants to hit me before breakfast.
• Emails, updates, reminders — all demanding attention now.

And even when your phone is silent… your mind isn’t.

• Thoughts racing.
• Worries stacking.
• “What if” on repeat.

We don’t just live busy lives — we live noisy lives.

And yet Advent — the season leading us to Christmas —

is not about noise.

It’s about peace.

Israel didn’t receive peace because their world was calm.

They received peace because God promised a King.

A peace strong enough to stand up under pressure.
