I. Gather the day
A. The day has moved through the full arc of conflict leadership
- Tension spreads through rooms, relationships, and systems
- Leaders must stay steady under pressure
- Conflict must be discerned before it is addressed
- Intervention must be wise, biblical, and fitting
- Peace across difference is real, but it is costly
B. The goal has not been mere information
- The goal has been formation
- This day has not only asked what leaders should do
- It has asked who leaders are becoming in the middle of tension
C. The question now becomes personal
- Not simply, “Did I understand the material?”
- But, “What is the Spirit showing me about how I lead, react, avoid, judge, speak, and pursue peace?”
II. Turn the lens inward
A. Leaders must move from analysis to self-examination
- It is easy to hear this material and think first about someone else
- It is harder to ask where these truths expose something in us
- Spirit-led growth begins when the leader lets the truth search the heart
B. The deepest leadership work is often internal
