INTRO / HOOK – “FLORIDA COLD”
How many of you have felt this Florida cold lately?
- You know — the kind of cold where people from up north are wearing shorts…
and we’re walking around like we just stepped into the Arctic tundra.
- We’re digging out hoodies, lighting candles, drinking hot chocolate like it’s 30 below.
Women are wearing Uggs.
Meanwhile… it’s 58 degrees.
- But isn’t that how life feels sometimes?
- We go through seasons — and they don’t all feel the same.
Some days are sunny.
Some days chill you to the bone.
And just when you adjust…
the season shifts again.
- We just came out of Battle Ready, where we learned how to stand strong in the fight.
- But this week, I want to shift gears a little —
because being battle ready isn’t just about fighting hard;
it’s about trusting deep.
- Sometimes the battle isn’t about swinging the sword.
Sometimes it’s about holding your peace.
- It’s about remembering that even when the season changes…
God’s faithfulness does not.

He guides me along right paths,
bringing honor to his name.
4Even when I walk
through the darkest valley,
