INTRODUCTION

Over the last several months, we have spent a lot of time talking about what God wants to do in us.

We’ve been specifically focused on how God wants to form:

• Our desires.
• Our character.
• Our habits.
• Our lives.

At the same time, God never intended for what He does in us to stop with us.

At some point formation becomes mission.

What God is doing inside of me has to begin showing up around me:

• Jesus didn't save us simply to make us better versions of ourselves.
• He didn't fill us with His Spirit just so we could have powerful moments in church.

He forms us so He can send us.

And that is where we're going in this series.

We're calling it:

ON MISSION

And when I say mission, some of us immediately think:

• Missionary.
• Passport.
• Another country.
