We’ve been on a journey through the book of Nehemiah.
Let me remind you where we’ve been — because where we’re going only makes sense if you see the progression.
Week One, we talked about awakening — that moment when God opens your eyes and you finally admit:
“This cannot stay broken.”
Week Two, we talked about burden before the blueprint — when God puts weight on your heart before He gives you clarity, permission, or momentum.
Week Three, we talked about discernment under opposition — how resistance shows up, and how God teaches us to respond without losing alignment.
And here’s what some of us quietly assumed after last week: “Okay… now that I see it clearly, now that I know what God is doing, now that I’m aligned — this should get easier.”
Not so fast.
Because Scripture teaches us something honest and necessary:
What happens next in Nehemiah’s story isn’t confusion.
It’s something far more subtle — and far more dangerous. Fatigue.
